1. Introduction

Welcome to Snatched Savvy Ltd. (“Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and your participation in auctions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in auctions on the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Auction Process

  • The Platform hosts auctions for clothing items presented by the Platform itself. We curate and present these items for auction, and ownership remains with Snatched Savvy Ltd.
  • By placing a bid on an item, you agree to purchase the item at the bid price if you are the highest bidder at the auction’s close.
  • Bids are binding. Retracting a bid may result in account suspension or other actions.
  • The Platform may set a reserve price for auctions, and the auction may not proceed if the reserve price is not met.

4. Item Listings and Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of items listed for auction. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the item descriptions.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Buyers agree to pay the winning bid amount plus any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees set forth by the Platform.
  • Transaction fees may apply, as per the agreed terms with Snatched Savvy Ltd.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Refer to the Returns Policy outlined separately for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform and its content, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are owned by Snatched Savvy Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
